The following terms outline how we process, ship, and track your order.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Delivery time: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping cost: Free from €49 order value; otherwise €4.90 (or your actual rate).

Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays can occur due to carrier capacity, customs clearance, or events outside our control.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

• As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can follow your shipment’s progress at any time using the tracking link.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Depending on destination and order value, import charges (e.g., import VAT or carrier handling fees) may apply if they are not already collected at checkout.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid charges or refusal of delivery, we’ll refund the product price once received back; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email mosaicnest1@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
